Dear friends and family, I regret to inform you that John has passed on November 4, 2023. He has suffered for two years with heart issues, diabetes, and pain. He is in no more pain! He and Aunt Vivian Rhodes Conner talked yesterday, he and I talked two weeks ago, and he told me he wasn’t scared and he knew where he was going.
Please send prayers for my aunt, as this was her first baby- no matter how old they are. My cousin David is traveling from West Texas and prayers for him, also.
I see John Conner catching up with his dad, grandparents, and talking trash to racecar drivers…he loved the beach!
A graveside service for John will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM at Smithfield Cemetery.
