FORT WORTH -- Jerry J. Blackwell went to be with the Lord Friday, Aug. 14, 2015.
Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, James and Helen Blackwell and sister, Beverly Stuart.
Survivors: Daughter, Krisha Blackwell; son, Jeremy Blackwell (Sarah); grandchildren, Victoria, Morgan, and Madilyn Blackwell; great-granddaughter, Chloe'; best friend, Bill Stuart and many other family and friends
