Jeremy Michael Hughes

Jeremy Michael Hughes was born June 28, 2001 in Fort Worth. He passed away on June 4, 2024 in Fort Worth. Jeremy graduated in 2023 from the Transition Center at Boulevard Heights in Fort Worth. Jeremy was a life time member of Ridglea Baptist Church. Jeremy loved to play ball and sing. He was also a great little artist. It was a great adventure having him in our lives. You never knew what Jeremy would do! He will be greatly missed by his family and those who had the opportunity to work with him! Jeremy was one of those people that once you knew him, you would never forget him!

Special shout out to Kamisha Womack and Deshahn Jones who took great care of Jeremy at his group home and loved him like their own. Also to the rest of the Southern Concepts family, thanks for everything you did for Jeremy.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Archie Davis and his paternal grandmother Patricia Hughes.

Jeremy is survived by his parents Christopher and Deborah Hughes, his maternal grandmother Nellie Davis and his paternal grandfather Robert Hughes. His aunts and uncles Marie and Geoffrey Ice, Michelle and William Barber, Cousins Jamey and Melissa Ice, Geoffrey and Abby Ice, Robert and Courtney Barber, Sarah and Chaz Henricks, Kathryn and Deni Wieland, Kimberly and Caleb Liebman. His first cousins once removed Rosie, Thatcher, Justice, and Smith Ice, Otis Henricks, William Barber, Kaylee Liebman, and Lily Wieland

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 29th, 2024 at Ridglea Baptist Church located at 6037 Calmont Ave Fort Worth, Texas 76116 on the corner of Bryant Irvin Rd and I-30
