Guadalupe Castillo

Lupe was born on June 24, 1946, in El Nacimiento, Mexico, in the Municipality of Melchor Muzquiz, Coahuila. She was one of five siblings born to Vicente Vasquez and Maria de los Santos Sanchez. She married Isaias S. Castillo on February 24, 1973. They lived in Eagle Pass, Irving, Arlington, and Belton before retiring to Burleson, Texas. Guadalupe was a devout Christian woman who enjoyed reading the Bible and attending church.

She is proceeded in death by her parents and her sister, Evelia Tapia.

She is survived by her husband Isaias S. Castillo, her two sons, Josue and wife Gricelda and daughter Yadhira (Laredo, TX), Eleazar and wife Holly and daughters Isabeth and Ava (Mansfield, TX), her brother, Roberto Sanchez (San Angelo, TX), her sisters, Julia Payne (Brackettville, TX), and Maria Ana Duran (Eagle Pass, TX). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
