Mrs. Evelyn Jean (Lee) Brown

The Celebration of Evelyn's life will be on Saturday, August 31, 2019, 12 Noon at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 2951 Evans Avenue, The Pastor, Reverend WT Glynn. Visitation: Friday, August 30, 2019 from 12 to 7 PM at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, two children, Beverly and Ricky Geter, grandchild, Decovan Geter, brothers, Walter Lee, Willie Lee, Clarence Lee, Leon Amie, Leroy Amie, ReRoy Amie, Earnest Amie and Lorenzo Amie, sister, Essie Scruggs.

Left with loving memories: husband, James Brown; loving children, Rachel Thompson (Ron), Kathy Geter, Sharon Brown and James Brown, Jr.; brother, John Lee; sisters, Ida Oliver and Hattie Matthews; God daughter, Courtenay Patton; 10 grandchildren, Christopher, Jeffrey, Brittany, Aaron, Broderick, Terisha (Earnest), Montreal, Tyra, Crystal and James, III; 10 great grandchildren, Christopher,Jr., Nicholas, William, Jeffery, Jr., Lygon, Jimmy, Glen, Brinton, Xavier and Teighlor and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
