On January 21, 1966, in Fort Worth, Texas, Carolyn Roberson and Willie D Roberson Jr. welcomed a beautiful baby girl in which they named Ellen.
She embarked on her spiritual journey early in life, accepting Christ and visited various churches across the Fort Worth area.
Ellen’s educational path led her through FWISD, where she attended Diamond Hill Jarvis High School, laying the foundation for a life filled with purpose and determination.
In 2003, Ellen encountered a profound and enduring love when she met Mr. Willie Brazier. Their companionship flourished over the years, a testament to the depth of their connection until her Heavenly Father called her home.
Throughout her vibrant life, Ellen served as a dedicated housekeeper for various companies, with her final and most recent chapter at the Hilton hotel. Her commitment to her work touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those she encountered.
Ellen’s spirit was one of vitality and joy. She embraced life wholeheartedly, finding pleasure in the simple moments and creating lasting memories with those she held dear. Her laughter echoed through the years, a reflection of the love and warmth she shared with friends and family.
On December 2,2023 Ellen heard her masters call and she surrendered to him and transitioned into her new home. As we mourn the loss of Ellen, we celebrate the remarkable woman she was—a daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, a companion, and a friend.
May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who were privileged to know her. Ellen’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched, and her spirit continues to shine brightly in the memories we hold dear.
Ellen was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Roberson; sister; Deon Roberson; and her niece, Antwainett Maroney.
