She was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 4, 1987. Chelsea was married to Brandon Keith Burns on November 17, 2012. She was a housewife and a member of Eastern Star. Chelsea had a passion for music, traveling, nature and the outdoors. She had a heart twice the size of Texas and loved everyone she knew.

She is survived by her loving husband; Brandon Keith Burns, her children; Aerian Drake O’Neill, Pheonix Rayne O’Neill and Caliana Sunshine Burns, her parents; Weldon Gage O’Neill and Maria Teresa Sherman, and grandfather; Rudy Martinez. Chelsea also leaves behind 3 sisters; Caitlyn O'Neill, Carly O'Neill, Mayang Guajardo and 1 brother; Jeff Hopkins.
