He was born on June 24th, 1976 in Fort Worth, TX. Chad grew up in Watauga, TX and graduated from Haltom High School.
In 1995 he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend UNLV. He graduated from UNLV in 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Communication. He was a proud member of Lambda Chi Alpha.
He moved back to Ft. Worth and began working along side his father as the vice president of Emergency Vehicles of Texas. In 2009 he began his own design firm, which became very successful. His designs have been used by the University of Texas, New Orleans Saints, LSU, Denver Broncos, UNLV, Univ. of West Virginia, San Diego Padres, the NBA Hall of Fame and many other colleges and professional sports teams.
Chad loved to give you things that he had designed. Chad used his talents as a designer to provide logos, t-shirt designs, photos, posters, direct mail, and other marketing tools to many of his friends and family.
Chad enjoyed a lot of different activities, things like fishing, college football, painting, reading, and learning about everything. He especially loved to sleep in, drink Coke, and dip snuff.
If you knew Chad well you knew that he did not like stupid people or ever being told what to do. You also know he did not like to drive. He had a 7 mile radius from his home where he would drive, any farther than that someone else would have to drive. If you knew Chad, you also knew that he did not know how to talk with an inside voice. He was loud.
In June of 2002, Chad met Chastity Chapman at North Park. They began dating and eventually married in August of 2004. Chad loved Chastity and she loved him. It was easy to see how in love they were, just by watching them together. After a honeymoon of 7 years, on October 31, 2011 Carson Rolen Beene was born, and a new sheriff was in town!
Chad and Carson were as inseparable as a father and son could be. Carson loved every day he spent with Chad and called them "Daddy Days". They went hunting in the forest, shooting doves in the trees with bb guns, camping in a tent in the living room, bow hunting at Cinnamon Creek Ranch, bass fishing at every pond and creek in North Texas, and tons of other things. Chad would read the Bible and do a daily devotion with Carson everyday.
They were best buds, brohogs, called each other Booooyyyyy….together, Chad, Chastity, and Carson were the 3 amigos forever.
Chad was a Christian and trusted in Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord when he was a child. He was a lifelong member of North Park Baptist Church in North Richland Hills, TX. God gave Chad special gifts and abilities and he used them for the Lord. After graduating from UNLV, Chad began to serve in many areas at North Park. He was an Upward Football, Soccer, and Basketball coach for many years. He helped teach the 3, 4, and 5 year olds during Sunday School and Children’s Church. Chad also served as a proud member of the Pastor’s Council of the church. He helped oversee the finances and direction of the church, child care, and academy. He played a crucial role in the remodel of the church building by making renderings of what the building could look like. He helped pick out rock and paint colors and design and carpet colors. He designed the gym at the church. He designed all of the logos, website, and brochures that the church and its ministries use today. Chad loved North Park Baptist Church and the church loved him. Chad served his Lord through North Park Baptist Church and he served well.
Chad is survived by: His parents Ed and Pat Beene, His wife Chastity Beene and son Carson Beene, His sister Sara Gray and His brothers Jason Beene, Mike Curnutt, and Steven Curnutt; and a host of In-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
