Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home.
Bill was born March 26, 1927, in White Hall to Isom and Osha Hayes. Bill was a member of Green Oaks Church of Christ in Arlington.
He has joined in heaven his wife of 65 years, Lila Hayes; and a son, Douglas Hayes.
Survivors: He has left his memory to be cherished by his son, Mark Hayes and wife, Retta; daughter, Laurie Albritton and husband, Joel; grandchildren, Steve Hayes, Staci Johnson, Krystal Albritton, Kent Albritton and Katie Albritton; great-grandchildren, Jerrad and Jacob Hayes, Hunter and Drew Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
