Betty Rogers Pryor

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Betty Rogers Pryor, who left us on October 7, 2024, at the age of 92. She was a beloved mother, sister, and daughter and her presence will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Born on August 21, 1932 in Italy, Texas. Betty Rogers Pryor was the child of Walter Washington Crumpton and Cora Ruth Crumpton. She was a devoted mother and wife. She devoted her time and energy to raising her children. She loved playing dominos, bridge and different card games with family and friends.

Betty Rogers Pryor is survived with deep sorrow by her children Sherry, Robert and Paula; her sister Sue; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.

Betty Rogers Pryor is preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Pryor Sr.; her parents Walter Washington Crumpton and Cora Ruth Crumpton; siblings John Milton, Billie Nadine, Charles Walter and Roy Lee; and her nephew Ricky.

The family invites relatives and friends to a Celebration of Betty Rogers Pryor’s life on October 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., to be held at Laurel Land Memorial Park, Ft. Worth, Texas. The family deeply appreciates the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during a difficult time. Betty Rogers Pryor’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
