Anthony was born November 1, 1965 in Fort Worth.
He was the beloved son of Mary Olguin Hernandez and his father, Joe, who passed last year.
He is also survived by his sister, Jennifer Silva; many Aunts; Uncles; Cousins; and Friends.
Anthony loved his family, friends, Dallas Cowboys, all sports, fixing things, working puzzles, enjoying visitors, and participating with the deaf community at the Church of Christ where he was a member; his Pastor was Daniel Torres.
