Ruth E. Turner, 80, of Fort Wayne, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2012 at Parkview Hospital. Born Aug. 29, 1931 in Allen County, she retired in 1992 after 34 years as an Assistant Buyer with Navistar. She was a member of Heartland Church. Surviving are her daughter, Kelly (Joey) Ramos, of Fowler, IN; son, Michael (Pamela) Turner, of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren, Jacob (Carissa) Chrzan, Mitchell Turner and Bailey (Rob) Campbell; brothers, Richard Opliger, of Laotto, IN and Donald (Eileen) Opliger, of Leo, IN; sisters-in-law, Margie, Rosie and Isabelle Opliger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Turner. Memorial Service is 3:00 pm Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton, Wayne St. Chapel, 420 W.
