Nicole E Smith, 28, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at her home in Fort Wayne. She was a lifetime resident of Fort Wayne, IN, Nicole graduated from Elmhurst High School in 2008. She was a Loan Advisor with Ace Cash Express for 3 years, Nicole loved to spend time outdoors, hiking at Fox Island and being with her family and friends. Surviving are her father, Carlis "Pete" Smith, Jr. of Muncie, IN; mother, Penny Panyard, brother, Carlis Smith, III, sister, Maggie Panyard, maternal grandmother, Betty Ort, all of Fort Wayne, IN, paternal grandmother, Yonda Strunk of Eaton, IN; fiancée, Jeremy Melton of Fort Wayne, IN.
