Nancy Reinking, 87, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024. Born in 1936, Nancy was a 1955 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School. Nancy worked for many years as a seamstress at JC Penney, where she was known for her skill and dedication. Nancy loved gardening, cherished weekends spent at the lake, and most of all loved spending time with Don and her family. Her family was the center of her life, and she created countless memories with them. Nancy is survived by her children, Gary (Pam), Terry (Cathy), Tim, and Jerry (Lori) Reinking; seven grandchildren, Megan, Jessica, Ashley, Andy, Jeff, Jennie, and Garrett; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Virginia Albrecht; sister, Pat; and husband of 56 years, Donald Reinking. A private funeral service will be held for family. Burial will be in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be given to Parkview Hospice. Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, Fort Wayne is caring for arrangements.
