Mary E. Cox

Mary E. Cox, 85, of Fort Wayne, Indiana flew away on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Mary was born on October 18, 1938 in Lexington, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Manford and Mary Elizabeth (Walker) Davis. She was the owner of many businesses including, Keep It Clean Janitorial Service, Revel's Texaco with a number of locations around Fort Wayne, Revel's Arco Progress, and as a siding cutter for Jack Cox. Surviving family include her husband, Jack Cox; son, Robert J. "Bob" (Stacy) Revel, Jr.; brother, Carl (Merna) Davis; grandchildren, Cody (Julia) Revel, Colton (Morgan) Revel, Carissa Revel, Madison Rau, David Revel, Samantha Neubauer, Bobby Revel; great-granddaughter, Britanie (Cardia) Mahathy; great great-grandchildren, Conner Zeler, Jaxson Goetz, Cardia Brodnax, Jr., Elias Mahathy, Ellianna Mahathy, and Gideon Revel. Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in passing by her daughter, Mary King; and son, Larkin Revel. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne. An entombment service will be 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Lexington Cemetery, 833 West Main Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.
