Marilyn Huss

Marilyn Joan Huss, 90, of Fort Wayne passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. Born in Allen County, Indiana on August 18, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Gladys (Eme) Kintz. Marilyn was a dedicated Avon Sales Representative for over 30 years, she was also a devoted member of the F.O.E. 248 (Eagles) ladies auxiliary for 60 plus years. She was the oldest living member. Marilyn enjoyed bowling and even did a few bowling competitions, playing bingo and euchre. She belonged to the Baerfield Horseman’s association. She always found the time to relax and go camping. Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Cindy Huss and Debra (David) Henry; grandchildren, Chelsea (Nick) Crim and Samuel (Ayaha) Henry; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Zelda Crim; and cousin, Don Aurand. She was also preceded in passing by her husband C. Wayne Huss. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 2:00-4:00pm and 5:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial to follow the service at Highland Park Cemetery. Contributions in Marilyn's memory may be made to National Breast Cancer Foundation or Humane Fort Wayne.
