She was married to J. Steven Jackson, who preceded her in death in 2012. Maggie was a graduate of Eel River-Perry Consolidated High School in 1967. She loved short-order cooking for various restaurants and bars in and around Fort Wayne and Monroeville. Her last employment was Meijer stores where she asked daily "Where's the beef?" as she worked in the meat department.
She spent much of her spare time cheering on the Cubs, coloring, painting, working on puzzles and crosswords. She also enjoyed trips to the casinos and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Surviving her are son, Donavon (Wendy) Jackson; daughter, Deborah (Jessie) Renteria, and daughter, Janet (Kris) Eby. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Cody, Taylor, Samantha, Alex, Odin and Zura and five great-grandchildren, and as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her mother, Thelma and father, Ryan (Ringler) as well as her brother Fred.
