Linda Marie Pitz

Linda Marie Pitz, 74, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away peacefully at home with her children by her side on Thursday May 27, 2021. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, as well as devoted caregiver for her husband Tom. She loved the beach and in particular Indian Rocks Beach Florida where she hosted many family vacations for her children, brothers and their families. She is survived by her children, son Bob (Kelly) Kohlmeyer, daughter Angie (Tom) Geren and stepdaughter Michele (Clint) Bostwick; brothers, Ron (Mary) Schoenle and Bruce Schoenle; sister in-law Krys Schoenle; seven grandchildren, Jacob Kohlmeyer, Ashton Kohlmeyer, Chase Kohlmeyer, Tommy Geren, Nick Geren, Sydney Galloway, and Kelly Bostwick; and many nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Pitz, brother Jerome Schoenle and parents Jerome and Marie Schoenle. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday June 7, 2021, at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Covington Knolls Chapel 8325 Covington Rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46804, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. till service time.
