Kenneth Ray Hanks, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on August 4, 2022. Born on July 1, 1956, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Raymond and Carol (Williams) Hanks. He proudly served his country in the Navy, and worked at Klemm’s Cafe for more than 23 years and was known as the "Egg Man". He was an avid Cincinnati Reds, Indianapolis Colts, and IU Basketball.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Tilda (Moreno) Hanks; children, Erica (Jon) Lucas, Joshua (Jessica) Hanks, Eric Hanks, and Bandon Hanks; grandchildren, Nicholas, and Jayden; sister, Marilyn Cox; and brothers, Donald (Cathy) Hanks, David (Jan) Hanks, Mark (Layla) Hanks, and Wayne (Deb) Hanks. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Dominy; sister-in-law, Susan Hanks; brothers-in-law, Don Cox, and Carl Dominy; grandparents, Frank and Clarisy Williams, and Clarance and Anna Hanks; and his beloved feline companion of 17 years, Salem.
