Julie Michele Bradley, 65, of Wyoming, Michigan passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, November 25, 2023. She was born March 24, 1958 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Robert And Orphea (Scobba) Bradley. Julie enjoyed a vibrant life in the AFC home; she attended summer camps, the weekly Friendship Club, church and other local community events. Julie and Sharon had the wonderful experience of going to Disney World together. She loved to play cards, watch old TV shows such as 'I Love Lucy', 'Andy Griffith', and 'Lawrence Welk' until the last few years when dementia set in.
Julie is survived by sisters, Vicki (Tom) Keller of Bonita Springs, Florida and Pam (Tom) Conquest of Wyoming Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Gwendolyn Kinder, Donalie Girardot, Sheila Valdez and Kay Smith; as well as two nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude and special appreciation to Debra Krajewski of Caledonia, Michigan for the loving care she, her family and support staff at Seventy-Sixth Street AFC Facility provided the last 28 years of Julie’s life. Also, a loving thanks to Sharon Barry, Julie’s roommate and special friend those 28 years.
Funeral Service is 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Highland Park Cemetery Chapel, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne with interment to follow.
