Janice Kay Baker, 64, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at Sage Bluff Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born October 24, 1956 in Glendale, AZ, she was the daughter of the late John and Agnes Charles. A devout Christian, she most recently had attended Third Street Church of God. Janice was a sociable woman and very family oriented. She enjoyed watching TV, word puzzles, and Facebook. Mostly, she loved her grandkids and enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her sons, Timothy (Nellie) Charles of Fort Wayne, Josh (Michelle) Baker of Memphis, TN, John Baker of Fort Wayne, and Brandon Baker of Fort Wayne; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and brothers, David and Kevin Charles, both of Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie Bowman; sisters, Elaine Long, Patty Charles, and Linda Mahan; and sister-in-law, Tonya Charles.
