GEORGETTE C. ROUSSEAU, 96, of Fort Wayne, died Friday, March 2, 2012 at Golden Years Homestead. Born April 21, 1915, in Toledo, Ohio, she was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Surviving are her daughters, Sarah (Kenneth) Vaughn Jr., and Yvonne Hawkins of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Frank (Angie) King Jr., Amy (King) and Jeff Mace, Chelsy (Vaughn) and Brad Martin; and great-granddaughters, Lydia and Isabelle King. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. in 1975; daughters, Annette Rouseau in1952 and Elaine King in 1984; and sisters, Marcelline Bennigan and Rosemary Husted. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, at the corner of Reed and Trier Roads, with visitation one hour prior. Rev. Father James Kumbakkeel officiating. Visitation also from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, with a rosary service at 4:30.
