Anita L. Sharp, 75, of Fort Wayne passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. She was born on December 19, 1946 in Fort Wayne, daughter of the late Albert and Grace (Miller) Stolte. She worked as an administrative assistant at ITT for 34 years before retiring in 2008. She was a member at The Point Church, Fort Wayne and the Women’s International Bowling Congress from 1972-1977. In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, golfing, and playing bingo. She traveled the Midwest as a member of the country line dancing group “The Hardwood Shiners” during the ‘90’s. Surviving family include her sons, Michael (Suzanne) Sharp and Brian (Esmeralda) Sharp; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sister, Martha (Keith Sweers) Bedwell; brothers, Richard and Arthur Stolte; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her sister, Nancy Gruesbeck; brother, Miles Stolte; sister-in-laws, Diana Stolte and Dorothy Stolte; and brother-in-law, Richard Gruesbeck. Memorial service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2022 at The Pointe Church, 5335 Bass Road, Fort Wayne with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior. Inurnment will follow the services at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
