Jennye was a graduate of Greenwood High School and married Paul in 1948. They were married fifty-three wonderful years and had one son and one granddaughter. Jennye lived a fulfilling life as a mother, grandmother, sister, and wife. She loved quilting, cooking, crosswords, and spending time with family.
Jennye was the daughter of Harlan and Angelina Angeletti Newman. She was preceded in death by loving husband Paul Lloyd Stewart and nephew David Broyles Jr.
She is survived by son David Stewart of Fort Smith, granddaughter Kylie Stewart of Elkins, twin sisters Marilyn Newman of Northwest Arkansas and Carolyn Broyles of Van Buren, brother-in-law David Broyles of Van Buren, and nephews Randy Broyles and Matthew Broyles of Van Buren.
Service will be held at graveside Friday February 17th at 2pm at Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Smith.
