Tyler R. Franklin was born August 12, 1995 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Glen A. Franklin and Niea Sanders. He received his schooling in Roland and Muldrow Public Schools. Tyler had a true passion for sports, video games and music.

He departed this life on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in Muldrow, Oklahoma, and leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, father and step-mother, Glen and Anita Franklin and his mother Niea Sanders Sinclair; his sister, Raven Sanders; his maternal grandmother Phyllis Bell of Muldrow, Oklahoma; his paternal grandparents, William and Betty Franklin of Muldrow, Oklahoma; his maternal great grandfather, Willis Goodlow Johnson of Roland, Oklahoma; his girlfriend, Jennifer Gonzalez of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Roland Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Center Point Cemetery in Redlands, Oklahoma. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:30pm Friday, July 10, 2015 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Services are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
