Tammy Kay Nichols passed from this life on September 14, 2022 at 3:30 PM with the angels of Heart of Hospice by her side. Tammy was born on May 26th, 1987 in Fort Smith Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Bill and Juanita Oldham of Van Buren Arkansas, her grandfather Bobby Muck of Fort Smith Arkansas and great grandparents Clint and Edith Fisher of Fort Smith Arkansas.
She is survived by her mother Rhonda Muck Nichols of Fort Smith and father Donald Nichols of Muldrow Oklahoma. Four beautiful children Giovanni, Lucas, Emilia Porras and Sofia Rivera all of the home. Her fiance Jesus Rivera of Van Buren Arkansas. Her brother Brandon (Layvanh)Nichols of Fort Smith. Her grandmother Carolyn Fisher Plank of Fort Smith. One nephew Tyriq Nichols of Fort Smith.
She leaves a large number of aunts, uncles and cousins to cherish her memory.
Funeral service will be September 24th, 2022 at 2 PM at Edwards Funeral Home, 201 North 12th Street in fort Smith Arkansas.
