Stephanie was born August 9th, 2007 to Tammy Bivins and Jayson Stover.
Stephanie was a lifelong resident of Brownwood Life Care Center, where she attended school
and was surrounded by her family and friends.
Stephanie is survived by her mother Tammy Bivins of Fort Smith; Her father Jayson Stover of
Florida; her aunt Marie Brown; cousins Kayla Bivins and Kimberly Brown all of Fort Smith; and
her uncle Roger Heiss of Oklahoma.
Stephanie will also be missed by her legal guardian Heather Carroll of Fort Smith.
Heather would like to thank the staff of Brownwood Life Care center for the compassion they
have shown during Stephanie’s passing.
There will be a visitation on Friday April 5th 2024 from 5p-7p at Edwards Funeral Home, 201
North 12th street in Fort Smith.
