Luther F. White, 77, of Fort Smith, AR, passed away on August 7, 2021. He was born on September 21, 1943 in Cecil, AR to Robert W. White and Vivian Smith White. Luther was a United States Navy Veteran. He was retired from Mike Taylor Plumbing. Luther was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles and Richard White.
He is survived by his loving wife, Emma White of the home; two sons, Brian White and wife Lucinda of Fort Smith, Scott White and wife Kathy of Rudy; four grandchildren, Brigette, Chelsea, Eric and Stacey; five great grandchildren; two sisters, Norma Sue White Hughes of Dallas, TX. and Nancy White of Fort Smith; one brother, Robert White, Jr. and wife Barbara of Cecil; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Known as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with family and friends.
A private graveside service with full military honors will be held at a later date.
Services are entrusted to Edwards Funeral Home.
