Imogene Borunda, 92, of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014. Ms. Borunda was a seamstress, but found her joy, from her family, where she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a member of First Assembly of God Church, in Van Buren, where she served as a member, of the Womens Ministry. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Bonds and her husband Steve, of Fort Smith. She also has two grandchildren, Joshua Hermosillo and his wife Amanda, of Hot Springs, and Jennifer Moon, of Fort Smith. Her two great grandchildren are Kiley and Jacob Hermosillo. Also surviving her, are two sisters, Verneal Orsbun, of Fort Smith, and Edna Sosa, of Van Buren, and one brother, William Dillion and his wife Margaret, of Fort Smith. Funeral services will be held at 1pm, on Monday, at Fentress Mortuary Chapel, followed by interment, at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon, at Fentress Mortuary, between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. Serving as pallbearers are, Bo Kimmons, Luke Weatherford, Stephen Draper, and Richard, Roger, and Matthew Orsbun.
