Arthur Ben Pollock

Arthur Ben Pollock, 86, of Bonanza, AR, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born October 22, 1930 in Fort Smith to the late George and Martha Pollock. He was the owner/operator of Art’s Auto Supply in Fort Smith for over 55 years. He was a member of the Northside Baptist Church, and a member of Belle Point Masonic Lodge #20 F&AM. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Pollock; and his son, Paul Pollock.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow at White Bluff Cemetery near Bonanza, AR.

He is survived by his daughter, Linda Phillips of Rudy, AR; sisters, Josephine Leftwich of Fort Smith, AR and Louis Root of Tulsa, OK; two brothers, Don Pollock of Van Buren, AR and Hal Pollock of Roland, OK; two grandchildren, Benjamin Phillips and Amanda Smith; and three great grandchildren, Samantha Phillips, Micheala Phillips and Bryson Smith.

Pallbearers will be Barry Mounce, Buddy Clayton, Mark Burton, Larry Cooksey, Tony Nichols and Deloin Causey. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Belle Point Masonic Lodge #20 F&AM.

The family will visit with friends Friday evening from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Home.
