There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 6026 North US Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34946. A graveside service for Richard will be held Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S SR 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449.
