Donna L. Johnston

Born in Wellsville, OH, she has been a resident of Vero Beach, FL for the past 52 years, formerly of Louisville, OH.

Donna was a home maker and loved her family above all else. She served as a patient companion with VNA in Vero Beach. She enjoyed crafts, painting, and was a gifted writer.

Survivors include her four sons, David Johnston, Lon Johnston (Tabi), both of Vero Beach, FL, Scott Johnston (Vickie), of Sebastian, FL and Deane Johnston, of Fort Pierce, FL, brother, David William Wise, Kent, Ohio, sisters, Diana Sue Wise Ours, East Liverpool, Ohio, and Margaret “Margie” Wise, Lantana, Florida, stepsons, Richard Watters, David Watters and Andy Watters, all of Vero Beach, FL, stepdaughter, Virginia Fageeh, of Saudi Arabia, grandchildren, Michelle Lindsey, David Johnston, Jay Johnston, Elizabeth Johnson, Katherine Wolf, Stacey Westerberg, Jessica Johnston, Sarah Johnston and Rebecca Johnston and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edna and Calvin Wise, brother, Dale Byron Wise, and grandson, Rick Haskins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to VNA Hospice at 901 37th Street Vero Beach, FL 32960.

A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Aycock Funeral Home Fort Pierce with a celebration of life to follow. Entombment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce, FL.
