Lisa Anne Page

On December 18, 2023 the sun set upon Lisa Anne (Trainor) Page, 64, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Salem, MA. She was the beautiful daughter of Olga (Senko) and Robert Trainer, sister to Michael and his wife Kathy of Peabody, MA, Thomas and his wife Lisa of Wareham, MA and Kelly and her husband Michael Clyne of Salem, MA

“Gigi” was the loving wife of James Page (retired Detective Sergeant Salem Police) with whom she shared 24 great years of marriage.

Lisa was born and raised in Salem and graduated Salem High, Class of 1977. In 2014 she and Jim moved to Fort Myers to start the next chapter in their lives. She promised the dogs a house with a swimming pool and by God they got one! She worked 37 years as the office manager and bookkeeper for Tache Real Estate in Salem starting on day one of the business. Lisa worked in that position remotely for the Tache family right up to the time of her passing.

On November 10th Lisa started to feel fatigued from doing the simplest things. She sought treatment at an urgent care facility but on November 26th her condition required her to go to the emergency room where she was then admitted. On November 27th she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Spindle Cell Melanoma cancer. Test showed she had tumors on her lungs, liver and spleen. On December 10th she was discharged from the hospital to home under hospice care. On December 12th her oncologist informed us her cancer was so advanced (and rare) she could not be treated. Lisa opted to pass away at home. On the 18th the sun set on Lisa, at home, with her sister Kelly and husband Jim by her side and the dogs and cat curled up against her.

Lisa leaves behind several nephews and nieces from the Trainor/Clyne and Page families as well as loving sisters and brothers in law. She also leaves behind (canine) daughters Sabella, Skylar and Sunnie and (feline) son Forrester.

Lisa was predeceased by “kids” Maxxi, Sierra, Saba, Samanna, Phantom, Jackson, Thomas, and Maarten.

Lisa will be remembered as being generous, kind, fun and funny, dedicated, loyal, loving to her family, both 2 and 4 legged, an expert at mixing up lyrics and quotes, a huge fan of dancing at a party and of course so very beautiful. But I will always remember Gigi as my best friend and the best thing that ever happened to me. Lisa loved to throw a great party, often planning months in advance down to the tiniest detail, like toothpicks that matched the napkins. She loved her pets, General Hospital and the occasional glass of champagne.

There were no services following Lisa’s passing. The family expects, against her wishes, to have a “Celebration of Life, Love and Lisa” in Salem sometime this spring. When that takes place bring your champagne and strawberries and be ready to dance, dance, dance!
