Being on the water was something he loved doing, and became an avid fisherman, learning the local waterways, fresh and salt. He was able to pass his knowledge down to his mini-me, Grandson Nicholas. They spent many days together on the water enjoying their passion for fishing. Raymond starting working heavy equipment which he thoroughly loved to do, and was one of the best land clearers in the business. He passed this love of working heavy equipment on to his son Alex who has worked by his side keeping the business going.
One of his other passions was hunting on horseback; he later passed on that love for horses to his Great Granddaughter Alexis, who has become an avid barrel racer.
Raymond had many skills, including mechanics, carpentry, gardening, and an all-around handy man who could fix anything. This being said Raymond, Daddy, Pa, Poppy, and Uncle Raymond will forever be missed and always in our hearts.
