Born January 27, 1953, in Austin, Texas.
Carol had a passion for life, in her early years she prioritized raising four strong boys. Life with her boys included her involvement with Boy Scouts, camping, and sports. Life does not always turn out how one envisions, but she always made the best of any circumstance. Being a military spouse meant moving and starting over, but she made beautiful memories in each new endeavor; some of her fondest memories were made abroad. Her love for family could never be denied; she would always light up with happiness knowing family was coming over or when she would be going to a family gathering. Carol was extremely proud of her family and never missed an opportunity to tell others.
Carol, being the generous women she was, spent several years involved with Kairos Outside Ministry and volunteered much of her time with youth at Grace United Methodist Church. She also became heavily involved with Creative Memories where her love for scrapbooking and preserving memories blossomed.
Carol is survived by Gary Wallace, her beloved spouse of 49 years, her four boys, nine grandchildren, three siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
Carol went to be with the Lord and left behind her greatest treasure…her FAMILY.
Her children: Bradley (Francesca), Charles (Norma), Benjamin (Karen), Christopher (Alicia); Grandchildren: Hailey (Michael), Josiah, Charles, Gabriel, Jeremiah, Ethan, Kinsley, Emily, Brynn.
