Martino Bernardo Petreccia, age 90, was born on November 11, 1933, in Sant’ Ambrogio Sul Garigliano, Italy, to the late Rocco and Teresa Petreccia. Martino came from humble beginnings but through determination and ingenuity, grew into a respected entrepreneur with exceptional foresight and vision. His passion and deep curiosity drove him to build a remarkable career, transforming his ideas into successful ventures that left a lasting impact on many.
On June 1, 1963, Martino married his beloved Rosetta Petreccia. Their union was a testament to true love and devotion. Though they did not reach their 60th anniversary together, their marriage was marked by profound affection and mutual respect. Rosetta's passing before their Diamond Anniversary was a great loss, but their bond remained an enduring source of strength and inspiration for Martino. Now we find comfort in knowing that they are dancing together in heaven, celebrating their everlasting love.
Martino was not only a smart businessman, but he was also a man of exceptional character. Known for his integrity and unwavering work ethic, he was a true example of how dedication and honesty can lead to extraordinary accomplishments. His approach to life and business was guided by principles of fairness, respect, and commitment.
As a family man, Martino was the cornerstone of his loved ones' lives. His dedication to his family was evident in everything he did. He cherished every moment with his spouse, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren always putting their needs and happiness above all else. His love for his family was boundless, and he remained a guiding light for them throughout his life.
Martino was admired and respected by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His ability to connect with people, coupled with his warm heart, genuine kindness and beautiful smile, made him a cherished friend and confidant. His legacy will live on in the lives he touched and the examples he set.
Martino is survived by his two daughters, Teresa and Rossana; his sons and daughters-in-law, Rocco and Raquel and Angelo and Danae; his grandchildren, Shannon and (Scott), Devin and (Matthew), Taylor and (David), Corey and (Devin), Sydney and (Cullen), Cameran and (Kevin), Carlin and (Rylee), Sawyer and (Christopher), and Christina and Maia; great grandchildren, Parker, Raylan, Devin Peirce, Grant, Colton, Ramsey, Ayden, Kai, Kalea, Charlee, Martino, Rowan, McKinley, Finley, Collins, Patton, Tanner, Jace and Logan. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Rosetta. Also surviving are his brothers: Bernardo and his wife Rita, Italo and his wife Arlene, his sister Mary (Maria) and her husband Joe, his brother-in-law Biagio and his sister-in-law Ida. Martino was predeceased by his parents Rocco and Teresa and his sister Alessandra and brother Biagio.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 at the Kraeer - Fairchild Funeral Home, 4061 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale. Martino's funeral service will commence on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 11:00 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 2511 N. Ocean Blvd (A1A), Fort Lauderdale, where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
