Joe loved God and family above all. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife and best friend, Debbie, for 42 blessed years. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters. Although born in Bowling Green, Ohio, Joe considered himself a native Floridian. He was happiest on the water, in the islands, at the golf course, and cheering on the Seminoles, Tar Heels and Dolphins in the Tiki. Joe's quick wit, easy smile, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Bardill, and his two daughters & son-in-law, Ally Bardill and Brittany and Clarke Bowman. He is also survived by his mother, Sally Foley, and his siblings, Vanessa Baillie, Don Bardill, Jeff Bardill, and Bill Bardill. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Bardill Sr., and his brother, Melvin Bardill Jr.
The Bardill family extends a sincere thanks to Dr. John Limperis, a doctor turned friend, as well as the providers and nurses serving Holy Cross Hospital’s CVICU and oncology, urology, and nephrology departments.
