Frank John DeSalvo was born in Chicago, Illinois to Frank and Mary DeSalvo on July 2, 1939. He attended McNicol Education Insitution in Hollywood Florida. He worked as a self employed welder.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mary DeSalvo, brothers Dominic DeSalvo, Albert DeSalvo, Joseph DeSalvo, sisters Joanna Mears and Virginia Kimrey.
Frank is survived by his sister Constance Broberg, daughters Tara DeSalvo, Tina Adkins, Toni Chancey, Tammy Rodin, son Frank DeSalvo, sister in laws Eloise DeSalvo, Barbara Devoll, nieces Maria Woods, Mia Woods, Kimberly Grantham, Dawn Lombardo Nephews Dominic DeSalvo, Michael Johnson, George Woods and several other nieces and nephews.
