Dianne Kasper

She was born on June 22, 1967 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was originally from Berens River and moved to Couchiching First Nation later on when she met her common law spouse Blaine Perrault.

Dianne was predeceased by her parents Thomas Kasper and Lottie Parkinson.

She is survived by her six children Kyle Kasper, Dax-Jon Kasper, Crystal Kasper, John Perrault, Dyane Perrault-Kasper, Fawn Perrault; brothers Dwayne Kasper and Dennis Kasper of Winnipeg and sister Delores Kasper of Toronto.

She enjoyed going to Pow-wows, sewing regalia and spending time with her grandchildren – Nika Kasper, Sage Kasper, Talyia Kasper, Ivory Kasper, Valentine Perrault, Kyle Kasper Jr., Calayia Perrault, Clayton Perrault and Zaidon Perrault.

A traditional wake will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 5 p.m. at the Couchiching First Nation Multi Use. A traditional funeral ceremony will follow the morning of Thursday, June 23, 2022 with Elder Tommy Councillor officiating.

The pallbearers will be Todd Morrisseau, Aiden Morrisseau, Damen Morrisseau, Scott Foster, Troy Marschalk and Ben Ness.

The honourary pallbearers will be Justin Perreault, Andrew Stamarski, Chuck Sanders and Ashley Gauthier.
