Jack Dale Butler

Jack Dale Butler of Fayetteville Georgia; passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012. Jack was born on June 19, 1956 to the late Arthur Ray and Charlotte Butler in Forest Park Georgia. He attended Forest Park High School. Jack Butler was a retiree of Owens Illinois where he worked for many years. Jack is survived by his Loving wife Pam Butler; his adoring daughter Brittany Butler; his cousin Christy Butler and family; his proud mother-in-law Mrs. Butterworth and family, and a host of friends & coworkers. Jack will be laid to rest on Thursday February 16, 2012 at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Forest Park Georgia. A visitation will be held on Thursday, 02-16-12 at 10:30 a.m. with Funeral Services following at 2:30 p.m. at Parkway Garden Chapel Funeral Home located at 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park Georgia, 30297. Arrangements are under the direction of Parkway Garden Chapel Funeral Home.
