William E Rosen

Rosen, William Edward, passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of of Marcia for 59 years; cherished father of Beth I. Rosen (Robert Rosh) and Jody Rosen Vogel (Robert Vogel); treasured Papa of Jessica Rosh, Sammy Rosh, Jacob Vogel, and Brian Vogel.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham University School of Law, William devoted many years to public service in the practice of law. William enjoyed discussions about politics. He was an avid Mets fan. He had an eclectic love of music. In his younger years, William enjoyed a good round of golf. Most of all, William adored spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Services will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2023 12:00 at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffer Memorial Chapel, 114-03 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY 11375. Following the service, burial will take place at Mount Hebron Cemetery, 130-04 Horace Harding Expressway, Flushing, New York. Shiva will be observed on Sunday following the burial and on Monday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 11 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the home of Jody and Robert Vogel, 18-55 Corporal Kennedy Street, #3D, Bayside, NY.
