In loving memory of Asha Gupta, a mother and a grandma who has left a beautiful legacy behind for the Gupta family and her friends. She was a beacon of light and a great soul who lived life so beautifully, now gone but will never be forgotten. 
I was very fortunate to have her in life to create lifetime of beautiful memories. She was an avid lover of good friends, lovely food and very crafty in sewing and crochet. I admired her talents in her daughter's pajamas or covid masks she made to ensure Neerja was never without. I will never forget her beautiful face,  her infectious smile,
kind and compassionate spirit at seeing me every time I visited and inviting me to have a meal with her ensuring I will not be disappointed as she was a very good cook. 
Please join me in prayers for this deserving soul to abode peacefully in heaven in God's arms with strength and courage for the family left behind.

A note from Asha to her children and grandchildren 
I am leaving you now with this one thought to keep. I am with you still, I do not sleep. I am a thousand wind that blow, a diamond that glitz on snow, the gentle autumn's rain when you awake in the morning, the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds and the soft bright star that shine above at night. DO NOT THINK OF ME AS GONE, I AM WITH YOU STILL IN EACH DAWN.




My childhood was blessed with the loving care of both my parents, and my mother held a special place in my heart. I still cherish the memories of our summer vacations, traveling together and creating beautiful memories as a family. She was an incredibly hardworking mom who also cooked wonderful meals, filling our home with warmth and love.

It breaks my heart to know that she will no longer be with us. 

May her soul rest in peace, and our prayers go out to her.

Asha was a good friend, large hearted and I always enjoyed my interactions with her.  She will be missed by one and all.

Dear mother 
It is heart breaking  to see you gone suddenly.  You were a pillar of strength.  You showed  your love in different  ways. Your cooking and working hard to give us best life is admirable.  You were expert in stitching, crochet, knitting  and taught us how to make fresh food and grind fresh Masada etc. I have so many memories  and beautiful gifts from  you  thanks for all your help needed from time to time. I am truly grateful  for love and things  you did for me . It was admirable.  Age was just a number for you. Please know you will be loved and remembered and stay in
 my heart always. Love you always. 


The sudden demise of Mummy ji has saddened us deeply. Although I didn't have the opportunity to spend much time with her in person, the moments we shared have left a lasting impression of a loving and caring mother who enjoyed cooking delicious food for her children. She was not only a skilled cook but also an intelligent woman who provided guidance and support to her children.

I wish I could have watched English movies with her and learned the recipes for Rahul's favorite dishes that she made so well. I've heard from Neerja Didi that she was also cherished by her friends. Even though she has left us for heaven, she will always reside in our hearts.

Sending my prayers for her departed soul. May she rest in peace.

It has taken me quite some time to find the right words and know where to start. I was so shocked and saddened when I heard about your passing. 

I was a little child when we met for the last time at Bua's place and while my memories from that time are hazy I can still feel that love that you welcomed me with. And even though, I wasn't able to share as much time with you in this life as I would have liked, the pictures I've seen of you and the countless stories I've heard about you over the years have made me feel a strong connection to you. (Also your food recipes are divine!) I wish I could have had the opportunity to share more moments with you. Please know that you are loved and remembered.
