In 1955, Ana, alongside her beloved husband Antonio and their daughter Mercedes, embarked on a new chapter by immigrating to New York City. This courageous move marked the beginning of a life filled with warmth and dedication to her family.
Ana was a remarkable woman, known for her strength and unwavering spirit. Her resilience was a guiding light throughout her life, inspiring those around her. She was cherished as a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose love knew no bounds. Preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Theresa, her sisters Juana and Consuelo, her brothers Alfredo, Evaristo, and Marcello, and her son Jose Antonio “Macho,” Ana's memory will be cherished by those she leaves behind. She is survived by her sisters Otmara and Esther, her daughter Mercedes, her granddaughter Elizabeth, and her great-grandchildren Danielle, Michael, Marissa, and Christopher.

A visitation for Ana will be held Monday, December 9, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A religious ceremony will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at St. Kevin's RC Church, 45-21 194th St, Flushing, NY 11358. A committal service will occur Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at St. Michaels Cemetery, 7202 Astoria Blvd S, East Elmhurst, NY 11370.
