Ginny was born December 8, 1944, in Carlinville, Illinois, a daughter of Chester and Irene Bounds Randolph. After graduating from high school, Ginny pursued a career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Throughout her life, she moved across the U.S. with her husband Ron, before retiring and settling in Palm Coast, Florida in 2000. Ginny had a passion for traveling, having visited over 120 countries and all 7 continents. She also enjoyed tennis, fishing, and spending time at the Beach. She was an avid reader and a devoted fan of The Florida State Seminoles. She also enjoyed walking for exercise. Above all, Ginny cherished time with her family, especially her Grandchildren. She was known for her exceptional cooking and baking.
Ginny had a long battle with cancer. Here grace, strength, and tenacity are a testament to the love she had for her family.
She leaves behind her husband of 58 years Ron, one son Matt (Jean) Bruckert of Oviedo, two grandchildren Mark Bruckert and Kylie Bruckert, two sisters, Sharon Sandmeyer and Sandra Vinyard. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Michael Bruckert and her brother Paul Randolph.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Tunnels to Towers or Community Hospice Bailey Family Center for Caring in St. Augustine.
Family and friend will be received Saturday, Nov. 9th from 11:00am to 12:00 pm at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, where a Memorial Service will take place at 12:00 pm.
