She is survived by her mother, Cheryl Clark; her father, Larry Clark; her brother, Brandon Clark, his wife, Kerri; and their two children Lilian Naomi and Caroline Ray Clark as well as her grandparents, Raymond Rice, and Joe and Sharon Clark. She is also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tara was born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania and moved to Palm Coast at a young age. She attended middle school at Buddy Taylor and graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1998. She excelled in many sports, but her heart belonged to softball. After some time playing softball on scholarship at St. Johns River Community College, she returned home to become a 9-1-1 dispatcher for St Johns County Fire and Rescue. She spent the next 9 years saving lives through her passionate dedication as a dispatcher. She was known for her hard work, wittiness and boisterous personality.
In the following years, Tara was diagnosed with a rare disease and spent her remaining time fighting to the best of her ability. She faced many difficult medical battles in her final years.
