Nicholas “Nick” D’Angelo was born in the town of Castellammare del Golfo in Sicily. He emigrated to the United States when he was just a teenager. Nick and his family moved to Palm Coast in 1987 and shortly after went to work at Sea Ray Boats for many years until his retirement.
In recent years Dementia took a terrible toll on Nick and robbed him of many memories of the people he loved. The only constant for him was his memory of his childhood in Castellammare del Golfo. His family invites you to google this beautiful town and see for yourself the views which brought him comfort.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna, daughter Daniela Mastropierro, son-in-law, John Mastropierro, and his son, Jerry.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 27th at Craig-Flagler Palms, at 5 p.m. The family will receive visitors from 3-5. The family would like to receive visitors in a safe and responsible way and ask that you please wear a mask if you plan on attending.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to the Dementia Society of America www.dementiasociety.org
