Dorothy Mae Lawrence, 82, of Flagler Beach, Florida, entered into rest April 20, 2021. Miss Dorothy was born in Hudson, Michigan on August 20, 1938 to David Hammill and Gladys Gress Hammill. She attended Jackson High School in Jackson, Michigan, where she met the love of her life, Paul Lawrence. They both graduated from Jackson High School in 1956. A couple years later, in 1958, they got married and have had an amazing 67 years together. She is preceded in death by her sister Ruth Ann Myers by one day. Miss Dorothy is survived by her loving husband, Paul Lawrence, her children, Linda Lawrence of Duluth, GA, David Lawrence of Homestead, FL, and Steven Lawrence of Roswell, GA, and many other family and friends who adored her. Dorothy was an amazing woman who was loved by all that knew her and will be deeply missed.
