Arsenio Quinones, Jr., 61, of Palm Coast, entered into rest on October 31, 2023 at Advent Health Palm Coast Parkway surrounded by his family. Arsenio was born on May 11, 1962 in Bronx, New York to Arsenio and Luz Quinones. He was a mechanic who loved working on cars. Arsenio was a “foodie” and enjoyed dancing and listening to Rock and Roll music. He was a very happy, kind soul who would often be found helping homeless individuals getting lunches.
Arsenio is survived by his parents, Arsenio, Sr., and Luz Quinones, his daughter, Sabrina Quinones Howard, his grandchildren, Dominic, Ariana, Justin, Jr., and Ryan, his brother, Nelson (Penny) Quinones, his nephew, Josiah, and many other family and friends.
Arsenio is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Justin Howard.
Arsenio was a good man with a heart of gold. He will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.
A Visitation will be held at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Friday, November 17, 2023 from 4pm-7pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Saturday, November 18, 2023 with a burial at Greenwood Cemetery in Daytona Beach.
