Phyllis’ kindness and love left an indelible mark on everyone she met, and her memory will forever be cherished by all who knew her. As the words of her favorite song says, her wish was that one day she would “Go rest high on that mountain.” And in her words, “When you think of me, place your hand on your heart and know that I am always with you and that I love you.”
