Patricia "Patty" Faye Spangler Bailes, 86, of Fayetteville, passed away on August 19th, 2022. Born March 26th, 1936 at Oswald, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William Franklin Spangler, and Hallie Mae Biggs Spangler.
In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her loving Husband, James Gary Bailes; a Brother, William Spangler; three sisters, Louise Marie Dangerfield, Norma Jean Newhouse, and Bobbie June Thomas; and a Granddaughter, Shalynn Dixon.
Those left to cherish her memory are a Son, Terry Rahn, Grandchildren, Autumn Cantron and Leah Rahn; Great grandchildren; Lydia Cheyenne Harris, Eathen Harris, Seth Cantron, Taya Camille Dixon, Gaige Alexander Ellison, Elijah Cole Rahn, and Zachary Kane Tyree, and one Great Grandchild, Haven Autumn Bakata.
Patricia was a beautiful, classy soul who dearly loved her son and family. She had a knack for making the most beautiful lampshades that she sold all over the world. She enjoyed the finer things in life and always dressed to impress. She was passionate about her beliefs and knowing what was happening in the world. Her biggest passion was her loved ones, no matter what she was doing or where she was; her family was first and foremost. She always had a smile on her face, a hug to give, and a priceless laugh. She touched many lives in her life and her memory will be cherished by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
Patricia is now at peace, joining her beloved family in Heaven. She will be dearly missed, and her memory will bring smiles to everyone who knew her for years to come.
There will be a graveside memorial service on Monday, August 29th, 2022 at 1 PM, Huse Memorial Park.
The family has entrusted Dodd-Payne-Hess with the arrangements.
